Housing Habitability Complaint - refers to a residence or abode that conforms to the living conditions e.g., must have water, heat, ventilation, working toilets, etc.

Right of Way Activity Complaint - refers to activity that obstructs e.g., residential landslides or drainage onto neighboring properties, sidewalk obstruction, phone booths, food vendors, news rack and grading without permit etc.

Zoning Complaint - refers to activity i.e., unapproved business in residential area, construction noise complaints, excessive signage, advertising, , newspaper rack etc.
