Created date is the date the file was created in the computer system. For Building files this is normally the Application date. For Planning files this is normally the date the application was requested. For best search performance it is recommended that you enter the smallest date range possible. For example, if you know the application was created during 2009 enter a "Start Created Date" of 01/01/2009 and an "End Created Date" of 12/31/2009.
