Account Registration

Note: A user account is not required to access most of the services available through this portal.

You will be asked to provide the following information to open an account:

  • A Login ID (user name) and password
  • Security Question and Answer
  • A valid email address (one unique email address per online account)
  • Contact Information (Full Name, Business Name (if applicable), Phone Number and Address)

Tip: Companies who will be managing their permit applications online should register a single account under the business name rather than the name of an individual employee. Employees can be added to the account as an additional contact.  Businesses might want to register using a shared email address--such as OnlinePermits@Company.com--rather than an individual employee's email.  This will make it easier to apply for permits under the company name and for multiple employees to access permit information specific to your company.
